About Jamie-lee

Born in Muswellbrook and moved to the Central Coast when she was around 2 years old, Jamie-lee began her career in the legal profession in 2001 at a law firm in Gosford. During the past 16 years, Jamie-lee has developed into a highly professional and passionate Licensed Conveyancer. Working in the law firms in Gosford and Newcastle for over 10 years, she learned all aspects of the law and in particular property law. Jamie-lee is very motivated and loves her job in helping her clients move between each of their properties. During her career, Jamie-lee has gained extensive knowledge in preparing contracts for sale, old system title, family transfer matters, processing sale and purchase of homes. Jamie-lee commenced her studies at Southern Cross University and graduated in Associate Degree in Law in 2012 where she received excellent results in all subjects. Jamie-lee decided to embark on her own career objective of running her own conveyancing firm and commenced Ezystep Conveyancing in mid 2013, with the passion to be the very best conveyancer on the coast. In January 2014, she opened her office space in East Toukley where she continues to receive wonderful feedback where most of her business comes from word of mouth. Jamie-lee’s passion to succeed grows each day and she loves her job. Jamie-lee has opened a second office in Belmont and attributes this to her passion and her great staff to back her every step. Jamie-lee enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and socialising with friends.

About Renee

Renee commenced employment with us in 2015 and comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the customer service and marketing industry. Renee decided on a late career change previously working with a major travel company, she decided to embark on the ever changing and challenging role within the property law business. Renee completed her studies and became licensed in November 2016. She is extremely passionate, personable and loves a challenge! One of Renee’s main role within our company is business development, creating the advertising & marketing campaigns to promote our services.

About Michele

After finishing her HSC, Michele joined our team in February 2014 as a receptionist, before being trained into her current role as a Conveyancing Clerk. Michele works closely with Jamie-Lee, assisting on files to ensure all matters run smoothly throughout the conveyancing process. She is always a friendly and enthusiastic professional, who aims to surpass the client’s expectations and ensure they are well assisted and well informed when getting their matter ready for settlement. Michele looks forward to many more years within the Ezystep business and in the future hopes to complete the conveyancing course to become licensed.

About Emily

Emily has 6 years of experience in the conveyancing industry, having worked for a large law firm on the Central Coast prior to her employment with us. During her HSC, Emily completed a 2 year school-based traineeship in business services and worked 1 day a week in a solicitor's office. After completing her HSC in 2011, Emily completed a Certificate IV in Frontline Management before starting out her career in law/ conveyancing in 2012. Emily works closely with Renee, assisting on files to ensure all matters run smoothly throughout the Conveyancing process. Emily is passionate about her role as a conveyancing clerk and loves to assist our clients to ensure she applies a personal touch and thorough understanding of the process.  Emily is a proud mum of two and has recently built a brand new home to enjoy with her little family.

About Monica

Monica was born on the Central Coast and has lived and worked here most of her life. In 2012, she completed her certificate IV in Business Administration and has worked in administration support roles for the past 6 years. Coming from the Real Estate industry, Monica has established strong relationships with both clients and business owners. Monica joins our team as a receptionist / conveyancing clerk, she brings with her a bubbly enthusiastic attitude and is here to assist you and our Licensed Conveyancers with all aspects of property law.

About Rachael

Rachael is a Licensed Conveyancer who completed the Conveyancing Law & Practice course at Macquarie University in 2008. Rachael built her career as a Licensed Conveyancer working for solicitors and conveyancers in Sydney and moved with her husband and two kids to the Central Coast in 2017, joining the Ezystep team soon thereafter. With well over 10 years experience in conveyancing and the legal profession, Rachael draws on her ability to problem solve and her attention to detail to provide an organised and stress free transaction.

About Frances

Frances is a born and bred Queenslander who has recently relocated to New South Wales to be closer to some of her family and to also complete the final stages of her NSW Conveyancing License. She became interested in Conveyancing after the purchase of her first home, where she believed that the process should be made easier for people buying and selling property. She worked in Brisbane for a Conveyancing firm while completing her Conveyancing studies and is now assisting clients during the sale and purchase process here in NSW. She is passionate about customer service and making the process as simple and easy as possible.
